License Types
Frameblox offers two types of licenses: Pro and Premium. With the Pro License, you can incorporate Frameblox into commercial, educational, and personal projects, modify it as needed, and use it in templates, but you cannot redistribute or resell it in any form.
The Premium License grants you the same benefits as the Pro License, with the added perk of using SegmentUI to craft templates tailored for Framer. Neither license permits the redistribution or resale of component libraries or UI kits.
All ownership rights of Frameblox are retained by the creators. Use without a license or unauthorized distribution will result in legal repercussions, with each infraction considered a lost sale.
Both the Pro and Premium licenses allow you to use the Framer plugin. To access it, go to the Framer Plugin page and open the plugin in your project. Enter your email and license code to complete access.
Restrictions
It's forbidden to include Frameblox in any package or distribute it in any other manner.
You’re not permitted to create or distribute derivative UI kits or component libraries from Frameblox, whether for free or for sale, under any circumstances.
Ownership and Copyright
Acquiring a license lets you use it under certain terms, but it does not change who holds the ownership rights.
Unauthorized Distribution
Using or redistributing Frameblox without a license is prohibited and will lead to legal proceedings. Each unauthorized distribution is considered a lost sale, with liability calculated at the present sale price per occurrence.
Refund Policy
Frameblox purchases cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of the situation. This includes choices like having second thoughts, opting not to continue with Framer, buying by mistake, or facing issues due to Framer’s updates.
No refunds are available for purchases. Customers are strongly encouraged to preview the components library to ensure it meets their needs before buying.
